Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The XES Shoes Balik Kampung Challenge is open to individuals who are residents of Malaysia
2. How to Enter: To participate in the XES Shoes Balik Kampung Challenge, visit the official XES microsite. Follow the on-screen instructions to play the game and compete for prizes.
3. Multiple Entries: Participants are allowed to participate in the game multiple times to increase their chances of winning. However, only the highest point will be recorded.
4. Mini Game Period: The XES Shoes Balik Kampung Challenge will be held from March 10 to April 6, 2025
5. Weekly Winners and Prizes: The top three (3) participants with the highest scores each week will receive the following weekly prizes: 1st Prize – RM500, 2nd Prize – RM300, and 3rd Prize – RM100.
6. Grand Prize: The participant with the highest overall score at the end of the challenge period will be awarded the grand prize of RM1000.
7. Winner Announcement: Weekly winners will be announced on the microsite every week during the challenge period. It is the responsibility of the participants to check the microsite for the latest winner announcements.
8. Multiple Prizes Per Participant: Participants can win multiple weekly prizes throughout the challenge period, as long as they achieve the highest score in each respective week.
9. Prize Conditions: All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives.
10. Prize Redemption: Winners must claim their prizes within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in disqualification, and the prize will be forfeited.
11. Publicity: By participating in the XES Shoes Balik Kampung Challenge, winners agree to allow XES to use their names and submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and press releases, without any additional compensation.
12. Disclaimer: XES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties that may compromise its integrity or fairness.
13. Acceptance: Participation in the XES Shoes Balik Kampung Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any breach of the Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification from the contest.
